since iAero is ceasing operations, will devs just remove them from the game?
Unlikely, there have been a number of others that have happened and the planes are still there. Biggest example is Flybe which has actually ceased twice

Yea theres also JetAirways which has not been flying since 2019 and is still in game.
Thomas Cook was also added in game nearly 4 years after they ceased operations
