First, find good player connections
Accept L,X planes from random contract
Buy local contracts from Philadelphia, Charlottesville
Norflok etc which have flight time like 18-20 mins which will help you to get regional then go for L\X planes from LAX, Anchorage etc…
Buy planes coz they earn a lot then
start grinding silver planes
