First, the forum’s language is English.
Second, airplane suggestions belong in World of Airports > Airplane Suggestions and need to follow a specific template. Same goes for airlines and World of Airports > Airline Suggestions as per your other post.
Third, currently no Russian or Belarusian content (be it aircraft, airlines or airports) is in the game and won’t be added for foreseeable future. It’s the developers’ decision which we as players need to respect.

I don’t understand why shouldn’t Russian planes be there ? What’s the problem ?
After the Russian invasion of Ukraine they were removed. From what I understand, it would also be very difficult/impossible for the developers to obtain neccesary licenses in the current situation.
Whatever the reason, it’s what the devs see as best for their game at this time and there’s nothing to do about it other than respect it.
You’re still free to suggest Russian content in the dedicated categories following the templates, just know that it won’t make it into the game any time soon.
