Recently, we have seen an increase in support requests related to purchases made through third-party top-up services, unofficial resellers, account-sharing arrangements, and other unauthorized purchase methods.
Since Update 3.6.0, World of Airports uses updated platform billing and purchase validation SDKs that provide stronger security, improved transaction verification, and enhanced protection against invalid or manipulated purchases.
As a result, transactions that do not follow the official purchase flow are now more likely to be detected, rejected, or remain undeliverable. To help players avoid these issues, we would like to clarify which purchase methods are officially supported and how in-app purchases are validated.
Purchase Only Through Official Channels
All in-app purchases for World of Airports must be made exclusively through the official in-game checkout flow provided by:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
The following services are not authorized:
- Third-party top-up agencies
- Unofficial resellers
- Shared account services
- External payment agents
- Any other unauthorized purchase service
Why This Matters
When a purchase is initiated through the official checkout flow, the transaction is processed and validated by Apple or Google and then verified by our systems before the purchased content is delivered.
Transactions made through unauthorized third parties may result in:
Failed validation
Incomplete transactions
Failed content delivery
Purchases that cannot be safely assigned to a game profile
If a transaction cannot be successfully validated, it is not considered a completed in-game purchase.
Purchases Are Profile-Bound
Every purchase must be claimed by the same World of Airports profile that initiated the checkout process.
A purchase started from one profile cannot be:
Transferred to another profile
Redirected to another profile
Claimed by another profile
Always ensure that you are logged into the correct World of Airports profile before making a purchase.
Billing and Payment Issues
Billing matters are handled by the relevant platform payment provider:
- Apple (App Store)
- Google (Google Play)
This includes:
- Payment failures
- Refunds
- Duplicate charges
- Chargebacks
- Declined payments
- Payment method issues
- Other billing disputes
Our support team can help investigate delivery and validation issues within the game. However, we cannot:
- Override Apple or Google billing decisions
- Force-complete invalid transactions
- Bypass platform payment systems
Risks of Using Unauthorized Services
Using third-party top-up services, unofficial resellers, shared-account purchasing arrangements, manipulated transactions, or attempting to claim purchases on a different profile may result in:
Failed delivery of purchased content
Loss of access to purchased content
Account restrictions
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
These activities are also considered a violation of the World of Airports Terms of Service and may additionally violate the terms of Apple or Google Play.
Protect Your Account
To ensure that purchases can be successfully validated and delivered:
Always purchase through the official in-game checkout flow
Always use the game profile that should receive the content
Never rely on third-party top-up services or unauthorized resellers
