Description of the Bug:
Austrian flight OS4511 (DH8D) from ZRH landed normally and taxied to Stand 9. I assigned 3/3 handling crew. Handling started but then stopped progressing. The aircraft is now permanently stuck in Handling with Remaining 0m 00s and Estimation 5m 02s. The first two handling tasks remain yellow and the remaining tasks never start. The 3 handling crew also remain assigned to the aircraft.

Steps to Reproduce:
At INN, select Austrian OS4511 DH8D arriving from ZRH.

  1. Assign the aircraft to Stand 9 and clear it to land.

  2. Allow the aircraft to land and taxi to Stand 9.

  3. Assign 3/3 handling crew.

  4. Handling begins, but the tasks stop progressing.

  5. Remaining time reaches 0m 00s while the aircraft remains in Handling.

  6. Restarting the game does not clear the problem.

  7. Using Change Airport, waiting, and then returning to INN also does not clear it.

Additional Notes:
I am a new player and this occurred on my first aircraft turnaround at INN, Level 0. The problem prevents normal progression because Stand 9 remains occupied and 3 of my 10 handling crew remain permanently assigned. I have completely restarted the game and also used Change Airport to leave INN and then returned, but the aircraft remains stuck in exactly the same state. I have not reset my account, deleted game data, reinstalled the game, or purchased another stand as a workaround.

Welcome to the game and the forum!
The game involves not only assigning crew to the plane but you have to start the services to for each plane like de-boarding, baggage removal, etc as indicated in yellow in your image
For this tap on the yellow part of the services being indicated to start them

Or assign a ramp agent

Tap the yellow icons on the bottom left to start handling manually. Alternatively, you can pay a few wollars to have a ramp agent to it automatically.

Also can we can a moderator to move this to bug reports, I don’t have permission.

Resolved — not a bug.

Thanks to everyone who replied. The problem was my misunderstanding of the handling interface as a new player. I had assigned the 3/3 handling crew but didn’t realise that the yellow service icons must then be clicked individually to start each service. Once I did that, handling operated normally.

I’ve now completed several turnarounds successfully at INN.
