I was thinking - what if when your plane gets accepted/arrives at another players airport, you get to go watch your plane get serviced at that airport.
My thought is that when it arrives you basically get a tower view (as if sitting right next to the player) and can view what other activities are going on while they service your aircraft.
I am all about privacy so of course what you can actually do would be only have a window and at least your plane info. But I think this could also be an encouraging thing for other players especially those who have not yet gotten to the airport level above them. You might even see their Liveries.
