I have a question about the game. Unfortunately, I can’t connect to my Google Play account and therefore can’t save my game progress. I want to delete the game and download it again to see if that works. If I do that, will my game progress be deleted? Perhaps it’s also because I can’t log in due to parental controls (Family Link).
The progress is ususaly stored in the cloud storage, only favorite arrivals, scgheduler entries are stored localy. If you send me the player name I can take a look if its in the database, to be sure we have the data.
I’ve never linked my account with WoA. So there is no storage of me in the cloud. I tried several times to link my Google account but it doesn’t work, that’s why i want to delete the game and reinstall it to look if it would work in this way.
Every account ever played the game have entries in our database (the game will not work without them) all I need is old screenshot or purchase transaction confirmation with transaction number and I can take a look in the database.
yeah same here no one else had the problem but me. My parents are strict so I wont add an account anytime soon. Just remember to not uninstall because I did once an lost a year of progress
If it ever happens again, try contacting support, they might be able to help you - as Charlie said earlier.
While it’s not guaranteed, for 1 year of progress, it’s definetly worth a shot
I tried before I don’t think there is much they can do and at this point I played so much that it wouldn’t matter much anymore. I would need screenshots to certify that it was my account but I never took any
Alrighty, what happened, happened.
Make sure you take one now, and save it somewhere other than your phone gallery, just in case something happens to your phone and you can’t access it.
I.e. send one screenshot to your email, so you can recover it from another device if needed.
Not sure about your relationship with your parents, but if you ever need to change devices, consider talking to them and explaining you only need game center for a couple hours so you can “redownload” your stuff into the new one, after that they may disable it again. Worth a shot
