Similar to how Ibex Airlines was split off from ANA, I believe that JTA should be split off from JAL as they operate under their own flight codes NU/JTA. Contracts for NU/JTA should only be available from airports in Okinawa prefecture (e.g., OKA, ISG)

I was just looking at this and thinking to myself, isn’t this already in game? Then it came to me it’s been put under Japan Airlines and not as its own airline.
