It would still be nice if the aircraft would retract the landing gear after take-off.

I think it was scheduled, but got delayed due to some problems. I believe the devs do want to add it, but it would take a long time
It requires a lot of re-work to the coding of each aircraft type. Devs are well aware of many people wanting this feature but there are other priorities at the moment. It will happen, but not for a while unfortunately
I’m sure, this has a very low priority and there is still a lot of other work to do

Isn’t there a end goal for this? I beleive either you or Tom saying somewhere that they are slowing gonna roll it out to all aircraft in game in hopes for a system like this to work
It requires a complete rework, so once they are ready with future models, I suspect they will feed it in at that point. Can’t say for certain but that’s my understanding

To make this feature work we need all plane models to be 3rd gen models like now - new 777, 774 and Saab. So quite a long way ahead

Nice observation. I equally feel they could be kind to let there be passenger view from I side the plane in addition to tha external cams
From dev chat like a month ago or so it is on the to-do list but all 1st gen models need to be gone first.
