My fleet was due for large maintenance, but it wasn’t at the gate so it flew back.
If every fleet maintenance goes to the hangar building available at the airport, maybe

There is minor (cheaper) maintenance at the airport and there is (more expensive) major maintenance. Major maintenance does not take place at the airport. The aircraft takes off and it is simulated that the aircraft flies to large maintenance centres from the manufacturer. Yes, that could be more realistic, but a hangar system will soon be introduced, so let’s see how maintenance will be adapted.
