I’ve been playing LEJ for a few weeks, and today I started getting this intermittent error message. It has only occurred when I try to process handling crew per plane to make the estimated time green. If I only put handling crew in the estimate time red, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve had to pay nearly W$1000 to get my planes processed as fast as possible.

I submitted to Support@flyboys.games so hopefully they can address it soon! Now it wont let me process any flights without getting the error, regardless of a single crew member handling the flight or full-capacity handling, and everything in between. I’ve spent upwards of W$1500 to get what flights I could processed by adding crew after initial handling, but that seems a bit unfair since it’s free to use them beforehand. Either way, I hope it gets fixed fast! This is my go-to game to disconnect and relax!
They emailed me back saying everything should be functioning properly now. If not, let me know and I can let them know we’re still having issues.
Having jumped back on to check, LEJ seems to be working fine now.
I also encountered this problem yesterday, and after downloading it again, it worked again
This issue happens mostly when there may be a quick connection loss. If this happens just close the application fully (don’t just back out of the airport) and the issue resolves itself.
Given how many people reported my guess is it was WoA end not a connection error
WoA developers confirmed it was an issue that should be fixed. I haven’t had any further issues since then.
This issue has been officially fixed on the server side.
