That’s the entire point of an April Fools prank. As I’ve said before, chill out a bit, it’s only a bit of fun, nothing which needs to be taken so seriously. I also know you censored part of it, but please be careful with the words you choose

I get it was supposed to be a prank but if it’s an aircraft that makes a lot of buzz in the community and suddenly they said it’s a prank or says Hehe or something like that then it really angers people. Trust me I done this before last year in school where I said they will have vending machines next month and made a lot of buzz in the community but I then said it’s a prank everyone and literally sparked dismay and anger to me and eventually I got detention because of it. Which is why I now take everything seriously and never do jokes again. (I got one planned and I decided to cancelled it because of what happened last year)

I do try to keep my comments appropriate but every time I swear I censor it but when anger kicks in ( like what happened) I literally lose my mind and just spread anger across the thread. For example I did a similar meltdown in another thread (Realistic routes from LHR) where I said can you change it and refused and I had to use anger to get him to change it. (Go check it out if you want to) So in reality (like I mentioned in the first point) I do take everything seriously even if it’s funny or not.

He is not even a mod (or what he has claimed to be) which he shouldn’t be posting stuff final products unless he leaking stuff and posting stuff in the server (sure if the mods would said it he would do it) but since he put hehe on the bottom and someone else said it a prank than, he is not a dev, he is not person who claims to be and he only did it to cause buzz to it. An example is in August 2023 where a website popped up claiming to be Monarch Airlines which will make a comeback and causing buzz to social media and after a video called “the fake airline that fooled the world” by Airliners Lounge on YouTube which expose the secrets from the airline including interview via email and refuse phone call or video interviews, the fake CEO picture and not applying for there AOV which would usually take 18 mouths to complete. All of this shows it was a prank that angered the public so much that they wouldn’t trust airline comeback anymore. (And if I was a mod and someone posted a prank even if it’s an April fools prank I would take it down and discipline action would be taken)
Now for the 100 million time and I will say it nicely, please lock this thread as this is seriously not funny.
I’m not going to lock the thread as other people have been discussing, and there’s not really anything it needs to be locked over at the moment. Best cause of action is to ignore the thread, as others may still want to discuss it

Agreed. Everyone believing the april fools prank liked the idea of the LET 410 being added. I mentioned before that we haven’t got a lot of new planes after 2.0. The LET 410 doesn’t have that many operators iirc so it would be a nice addition imo (Obviously after the A320 family isremodeled as I’m sure the devs are quite busy with that).

The reason we haven’t gotten many new planes since 2.0 is because they have been working on aircraft reworks and variants. So if people would rather have a new turboprop then the ugly a320 being fixed AND the a321 AND the a318 AND neo options AND sharklets…

Also the devs have stated multiple times that once they are done the reworks then we can get new aircraft like 767, md11, etc.

I get where you are coming from but I disagree. I’m not saying I don’t want remodels. I just liked how they did it pre 2.0 where the ratio between remodels and new planes was closer to 50/50. I get that they’re focusing on remodels now and they can keep doing that but the occasional new plane wouldn’t be a bad surprise. I for one would be pleased with one new plane between each new airport.

That’s also a valid take, but technically we are kind of getting a new aircraft with the a321, so I’m pretty excited for that but also I can’t wait for new aircraft to come, the 767 especially, so I see why you’d rather it this way. But I see why the devs would be so urgent to remodel all the v1 planes because now they make models with better quality than most Mobile flight sims, so having some outliers when it comes to quality must really bug them. So I feel like they just want to get it over with then add all the new aircraft they want. Considering after the a320 they only have 757, regional jets, 748/f, and 772/f for v1, I don’t think we have too long left before new aircraft get added

Woah, that’s even bigger than the a320! But before the move on, will they also update the othe v2 aircraft(a380,a340,a330,atr fam, etc) or will they just do those as they go
I’m confused now. I know they are focusing on the V1 planes first. But that’s the first time I heard that the V2 planes will also be updated before focussing on adding new planes. Or am I misunderstanding smth?
