On Febreaury 16, 2025, after the WoA update 3.4.1, I tried to update my app to access the benefits. When I opened it, I realized that my account had been reset, as if it were a new game.
I tried reinstalling and NOTHING, I switched accounts and NOTHING. When I check WoApedia, everything is reset, but in Play Games my numbers are still saved. I’ve been trying to recover my data for a month because the messaging process is very confusing and complicated for someone new to the forum like me.
From my research, it’s possible to send the account name; mine is AirMatheus, and if you want to send an email, it’s edusruiz@hotmail.com. I hope you will reply, please.

you probably played on other profile, as AirMatheus is empty, do you maybe have a screenshot from the previous game profile? To check if the game name is right? Play Games name does not always match the in game name.
Yes, I have several saved screenshots, including one showing my progress at GRU.
I also have my WoApedia data and progress from other airports saved in lists and ratings on the Google Play Store.
I think the problem is thats theres a space in your name in-game but the way you typed it out has no space…
WoA doesn’t allow for spaces, but in gameplay it looks like there is space.
Found it, can you DM me your current (probably empty profikle)?
