I don’t think it’s a bug cause it’s been like that for years and it’s the only place you can get lot charters afaik.
Key word in the airline is “charters”, the idea is likely that LOT got chartered to perform routes from Nosy Be to whatever airport you get it at
LOT used to fly charters there from PRG, so I presume that’s why it’s available. The connection is now served by neos (I think), so it might get swapped eventually.
