Ok im going to start this by showcasing my current project
My UK regional airport that i started construction of this morning.
Hope to be finished by august as i still have to buy GSE modelling grass and more.
The airport is kind of based of Glasgow but its overall fictional.
Anything you want me to add or if you have any questions or ideas please let me open
Im going as i go with this so i can always add more
My progress today:
I have mostly 1:500 models.
I will share some later today when I get back home.
Very excited to see the progress you will make on the airport
Gemini Jets proceed to release it…
Ok done for today as the England game is about to kick off
(Might get some cheeky spots out the window aswell)
But my progress for today exceeded my expectations as I’ve already started to add the taxiway outlines
Nice model. Seems like you have a great collection.
Any quality pros or cons that you’ve noticed? My GJ200s from years and years ago seemed to have minor issues with landing gear wheels and overall gear quality, but the body, antennas and paint were always good.
I’ve had minor problems, but I think they have done a bit of quality work in the last year or so.
Love the areo Mexico 787
If you have any space I’d recommend making a model airport.
You have a great collection.
Thanks! And yeah I’ve made a few attempts over the years, but never been satisfied with them.
Good layout.
Could display lots of aircraft.
Exitedto see the outcome!
Same ive made atleast 4 airports but only been satisfied with this one.
So most of my collection is 1:500, but I also have some other sizes.
Here are some 1:200 models I’ve dug up from storage today and fell down a nostalgic rabbit hole.
