Hi this my first post on here and do you guys have any tips on collecting models because i want to get more for a model airport and they are quite expensive and i also need gse i can send pics when i get home (im at school)

I chose 1:500 because the aircraft are cheaper (to some level) and there are a lot of second hand ones off of eBay which are dirt cheep
If you want to be like most other people and collect 1:400 all I can say is you better hope people give you vouchers or money for your birthday and Christmas

Yeah ive already goten the first model and ive made the base and terminal but i need the 2 or 3 other models and gse.

Alright, Sorry loading on the questions here haha, what size is your airport gonna accommodate. (Scale)
Or if your in the US then i’d recommend JetSet Models. Also on eBay. But for Avgeek models (what @AviationA340-500 recommended) use their website as it’s cheaper. Not sure about JetSet Models’ website however.
1:400 it will be based on syd and will have 2 e-class gates 1 f-class gate and 2 ground gates (1 for 737 and another for A220 because of an error when making the lines and me running out of grey paint)
I was originaly going to use jetset before but i was just seeing if there was any cheaper sites

Alright. The companys recommended are both 1:400 so all good there. The cheapest model website for the US and Canada I’ve seen is West Coast Diecast.
IMO, most of the Jetset models items are oversized.
