Normally I replace the ones I’m not a fan of with new models if a better version is released. The good thing with NG is the collectors reward program they have, so you can get some free, hard to find models using the points every so often. Only need to pay the retailer handling fee, so can get a £50 model for about £12.

There’s a card which comes with the models. Just scratch off the grey and there’s a code which you redeem on the NG site. It’s a bit confusing and I’m yet to redeem anything myself, but definitely worth looking into.

Just make sure to look at the photos of newer models before buying, a lot of them have misplaced window lines and it makes the model look very strange, particularly on the A320s.

Im now thinking of getting the NG Ba 777-200 in the rose livery as i flew on it last year. And its my favourite airline and my second favourite aircraft (after the 300)

There’s been 2 proper exchange runs so far I think. They normally put blank samples on from time to time when they announce a new mould as well. Did it with the MD-80s, 767 and 737 MAX 7 recently.
