MSY Runway 02/20 Landings?

Does anyone know if MSY runway 02/20 is used for landings? If so, which gates need to be opened? Apologies if this was asked/answered somewhere.

None, according to this chart.

Will be the same as with PRG. So no. Only when the wind direction changes in the game can we hope to be able to use the other runway. But never at the same time.

02 is only used for takeoffs.
