Also worth noting that if you had an S or M in that stand then the next one I don’t think would be blocked off, but it’ll get blocked off if assigned to an L or X as the game would be thinking that anything from an A300 or 767 up to an A380 is parked there, despite something like a 737-400 being small enough to fit into it.

Yes! Do we have a contract? Or was it a random one?
I hope the devs finally include the ACA and AAL E175 in a future update. MSY has a bunch of AAL 175 which aren’t in the game unfortunately
