I’m mixed about small airports, they tend to be the nicer models but I require at least 8 L stands to play, so sadly will be skipping over MSY

Can’t be done, one of the stands will be blocked off.
Yes, the 767 in the stand next to it is overlapping the stand, therefore blocking it as a collision would occur if used.
