If I purchase stand A4w, will it overlap with the large stand next to it? Just asking before I waste 15k wollars

I have most stands and it happens with medium ones aswell lots of overlapping in msy

Nice to see you again Vito, I kind of assumed so as it does look like that the wing overlaps a little bit. It’s kind of weird how I can buy a large stand but than not even be able to use it

It also happens with the medium stands in the old terminal for the new one only the large one overlap so sometimes for one large stand the plane will take up to three medium stands

I have purchased all the A1W, A2W, A4W, A6W stands.
※ Only one stand can be used because of overlapping
<A1W + A2W> and <A4W + A6W>
Except for the above conditions, it is possible to use two other stands.
You currently use the A6W stand, so the way to not waste wollars is to, purchasing A1W or A2W.
After all, there are a total of four stands, but only two can be used at the same time.
So I usually use A1W(X,L) + A6W(L).
This is because parking mini games are available.
For your information, parking mini games are available for A1W + A6W, but not for A2W + A4W.

I think out of the 7 large stand at MSY yuu can only use 4 at a time.
4 plus cargo.

MSY is such an interesting airport because of this shared stand feature, but it can also be very confusing for someone that is new to the airport.
I am working on a guide.

Thanks Phat, It’s interesting how MSY’s shared stands are set up and I’m waiting to see how they will function assuming we get them at IAD at some point
