@ukplanespotter757 Sad to say that whilst looking for a next job, this has been my career. I had gold coins accrued from other airports (I use E190s on long routes and saved 50).
—> I look at landing patterns and get the gates closest to the runway exit point (S/M/L/X/C) to get the planes off the runway and onto a gate as quickly as possible.
—> I only have 2x the number of E190s as the longest routes, building up one set (e.g., from IAD I keep 4 E190s to NGO, PRG, BRI then add a second set to the same routes while the first ones return). I keep more sets of 4 flying BCN, LIS, GIG, DUB, KEF, ANC, TER). At one time I think I had 80 E190s from IAD.
—> SAN (fly 2 to NGO back to back); max out SJU and PUJ
—> PRI (fly 1 to IAD and 1 to NGO); max out ADD
—> I have not remapped the routes since this update since new airports are added.
I’ve been saving gold planes for Concorde for quite a while. Currently got a grand total of 552 at the minute, MCT looks like it’s going to be an interesting one for grinding at. Also seems we have had a slight adjustment to the economics. ERJ-190 max fuel is now 199W.
It does turn out the ERJ-170 and ERJ-175 are actually the same aircraft with different window configurations. The 170 should be a little shorter than the 175.
My strategy is the same as on other airports. I don’t open too many S gates and build M gates at first and with enough earned money start to go on L and X.
The South pier is dedicated to Oman Air. I have opened only S and M gates here.
The North pier is (currently) shared with Salam Air and international S and M planes.
The West pier (South side) is dedicated to Oman Air international flights and the West pier (North side) for other international flights.
The original 6 apron stands at T1 are abandoned for now. I want to concentrate on one Terminal. Developing that is a complicated enough, I think.
The planes from Orange Air (MIDEA) (my own planes) start operations at the end of the West Pier. S and M planes for starters.
Gates or stands are opened according to demand from incoming planes. Destinations are added carefully to avoid an over representation of Oman Air and Salam Air in the beginning.
Has anyone else experienced exceptionally fast battery drainage?
I have my iPad (7th gen) plugged to the charger, but the percentage falls while I play. The charger works normally (as I’m typing this post the percentage is going up).
Anyone noticed that the Biman 737 livery is shown as the US Bangladesh airlines on the routes tab. And I noticed that Addis Ababa doesn’t have an connection with an 738F for me on Muscat, even while it’s in the game
