Not going to happen while Russia is in Ukraine. Devs have said explicitly, no Russian content while that is the case. Down the road maybe. But that’s a long road right now

MAX 8 capacity is 189 like a 737-800, or around 200 on a MAX 8-200, 737 MAX 9s are 220 (always thought it was 210 for some reason)
Because it is, the max capacity on a Max 8 is 210 but you are packed in like sardines with a seat pitch of 28–29 in 
Wow it is 210 according to Boeing, can’t say I’ve ever seen a MAX 8 with that many seats. Even Ryanair only have 197 on their MAX 8-200 fleet. The tiny toilets probably allow for that

Though not sure if any airlines does have Max 8 at maximum capacity.
Although the 757 is in the game there are a lot of veriants of the 757 although the 757F model has remodeled the 757 in the passenger configuration is not remodeled so let’s look at all the veriants of the 757 to be added. Will not included the 757-200F without winglets and with RR(Rolls Royce) as it’s already in the game. There is no 757-200F PW with winglets as far as I can find so it will not be included.

That 757 you mentioned here is actually another version of the RB211 757s. These were fitted to some 757s, mostly I think British Airways used them on their G-BMR and BIK registered aircraft. Also worth adding that 757-200s can have either standard blended winglets or a scimitar design with the raked tip

Some of BA Ex B752 did go to DHL.
Yeah I know, just that it was listed as a Pratt & Whitney engined 757 in the post. Understandable as the engines do look similar
I did not know that there was 2 RR engines for the 757 but I will change the picture

Yeah there’s 2 different types, although the type on those 757s is pretty rare (only that handful of DHL 757s still have them)
