I think the turkish side would say asia, but Cyprus itself is Europe.
What i see the location say its asia. The political and cultural way of living is european they also joined the european union so its a diffulicult question and you can explain it both ways

Cyprus became a full member of the European Union in 2004. Despite being a divided country, the entire island is EU territory.
