On LHR when new airplanes arrive for first time they are not greeted with the ceremonial water stream. Is that a bug or is the feature gone?

Not in my game. I have yet to have a single airplane get a water stream.

Neither. I never get water salutes
in my game they get greeted after they are parked in their stands
I’m checking with the devs seeing if this has cropped up anywhere else.
Given that pic. I think I know the potential issue, but I am going to reserve judgement until I hear back
I did email them the picture and they are looking into it.
I also do not get the streams
It only happens for me when they go to that gate in T3.
