I think they may be adding the aircraft carrier at SAN to the game for this update, or this is just a teaser with no meaning. From Facebook
It is already in the game. They will just add F14s on it.
When I say adding it, I mean adding the animations of the planes on it.
Maybe another extra money thing? Similar to heli and inn or dc3 at prg
Maybe. Though getting a plane to land would be hard with the F14s blocking the landing pad. Maybe another heli or maybe even a VTOL like the F35.
