I want to shut this conversation down. Devs have categorically said for 5 years that the PRG second runway will not be used in the game at the same time as the main runway as that’s how it runs in real life. If they adopt weather scenarios then maybe it switches but it will never be at the same time. End of Conversation.
There is a reason why the official Facebook group is called Cult of the Second Runway.

Is it possible to make the planes arrive from far away and we would guide them to the runway instead of spawning straight in front of the runway?

No

Given the current structure of the airport models and game. Not likely to happen anytime soon.

Don’t think this has come up or been suggested yet (sorry if it has!) but what would the feasibility of being able to edit the flight numbers of the general aviation contracts be?

Definitely a me problem but it was irking me some of my international flights had really high flight numbers, and I’ve tried ā€˜rerolling’ them (deleting and readding the contract) to try and fix it, usually burning God knows how many Wollars.

Maybe there’s something I haven’t considered yet but would it be possible to add something like this? And maybe extend it to being able to edit the aircraft registrations of fleet planes too? (I know this is different and may have more complex issues)

I don’t see a reason why this would be added. Other than the flight numbers being inaccurate there is no reason to allow editing of them. Sorry if I’m not understanding what you’re saying

Also what do you mean high flight numbers? Like the flight numbers are etc (DL9999)?

I wouldn’t mind this feature, but I don’t see a reason why the devs would put effort in to solve it

To make this even more like a real airport we could sit in the tower and add time slots and add line-ups to the planes on when they can pushback, line up, take off, land, taxi, kinda like unmatched air traffic controll , would add a real nice reality to the games airport design.

Unlikely editing of registrations and flight numbers will happen, they are bolted into the game logic. It can certainly be brought up to the devs about the flight codes. But editing is highly doubtful

Yeah that’s basically it hahaha. Like I said I know it’s something I probably care about alone, and I totally agree it’s such a non-priority I can’t see it ever happening, but I’d love to see it for accuracy’s sake if people wanted it.

Also yeah. Like I think I’ve burnt about 150,000 wollars rerolling an Azerbaijan A319 contract so it’d have a number close to what it is at PRG.

I should probably get tested or something.

lol, I would like to eventually see accurate (or closest to accurate( flight numbers. I could a a 777 contact to My IAD that belongs to an e175 :joy:

Is it possible to make the jet bridges set as a long version before the plane arrived? Some jet bridges will strech more than 5 times after the plane arrived which is very not realistic.

Yeah same! :joy: For what it’s worth; I’m on Prague now and I’ve only just started doing this process of trying to get the numbers close to their real life counterparts, and it’s making the game progress slower and I feel like I’m enjoying it more than I did at Bari where I literally just burnt through it so fast. Cant describe it but it’s like something stuck in my teeth when I get one of those big international contracts and it’s a 4 digit number starting with 9 :melting_face:

What airport and stand? I’ve never noticed that.

Yes, for example C11 at MSY.

I also find they move way too quickly. I’d love to see them slowly line up to the plane and even hear the warning sound when it moves like irl.

Dear Team of WOA. The game has a pretty graphic but it miss a lot of things. What if you removed all the black lines around the yellow lines on the floor and on all the Stand where planes are parked on. For example

In the 1st picture black lines make the graphic cartoon

In the 2nd picture there’s no black lines around the yellow lines and yellow lines in the game would be more pretty if they are the same colors with yellow lines on the 2nd picture
When you make zoom on the tailfin Delta Airplanes large size (L) or (X) the logo look Minecraft or Lego graphic

And, if you could make a little update on the Map Contract on the dots to make the difference between Local, Regional and International contract.
For example in whatever the Airport map where players are playing the game the should capable to identify the different flight like green dots on the map for Local contract flight, bleu dots for Regional contract and purple dots for International contract. What do you guys think about my idea?

That’s actually in real life. Usually where concrete is used, since it’s already so bright, they use a black background/outline with the white and yellow markings so they can be seen better (more contrast). Same goes for most roadways.
Your map idea for the local/regional/international contracts has been mentioned before and is a good idea. It’d save a lot of wasted clicking. Though, since a lot of airports have a mix, perhaps a filter to show which at least have one category, as opposed to only have that category.
