The new update is good, the airport is also good but not perfect. I have to say, the graphics looked significantly better and more realistic when the images were shown during the development phase. I also find the environment very, very, very lacking in realism, and once again there are no moving ships on the sea. The new aircraft models are, in my opinion, perfectly executed. It’s just a shame that the 747 series wasn’t fully released; quite a few are still missing! But the developers already informed us beforehand that these would likely be added at a later date!
Unfortunately, the gameplay itself hasn’t changed again! The pushbacks are still unchanged and totally unrealistic. I really wish that the pushbacks would finally be fully implemented! The next thing I was somewhat hoping for is the sound of the aircraft during loading and takeoff. I don’t know how you can stand it for any length of time; today, out of sheer desperation, I had to turn the sound off completely because the unbearable and awful static was hurting my ears and giving me a headache. Dear developers, please do us this favor and add realistic sounds to the aircraft in every aspect, whether landing, taking off, or taxiing! And please remove that awful, incredibly unrealistic, monotonous static noise!!! I enjoy spending time in WoPA, but I can’t anymore because I can’t stand these sounds! I think I’m not the only one! I think the new weather conditions and time zones are fantastic; it seems like you’re moving in the right direction.
The new liveries, well, they’re just liveries that don’t have the desired effect because they’re matte. If they were glossy, they would look much better!
I apologize for my harsh criticism, but I think it needs to be said.
It’s not always perfect, although I was still very surprised that it was released so early; there would have been some time to change other things!

I understand where you’re coming from, but this review is quite harsh indeed .
I mean, some of these thing you’re asking for, like better graphics and smoother airplane textures, you make it sound like woa is a flight sim for PC. You may have a really good phone, but some others do not. So the devs have to keep those people in mind while making updates so that those phones do not explode. In fact, we should be grateful that despite the size of HKG and the surprisingly good scenery, the game is still running smoothy(In my experience). It also should be noted that woa wasn’t made to be an ultra realistic looking game. If you think this is unrealistic, wait until you see how it used to look just a few years ago!
On the secondary device, I’m playing at around 500,000 antutu score with a GPU score of about 50,000, but I make a happy cry about how playing will perform as HKG becomes even more feature-rich.
Yes I know that,Yes, I understand that. Yes, of course I’m aware it’s a mobile game! But I think the little things and details also contribute to the overall experience: the environment, sounds, pushbacks, and much more! Realistic aircraft sounds, in particular, would give the game a completely different feel. Other mobile airport games now have real aircraft sounds, even though they don’t use real planes. Just imagine if each aircraft model had its own realistic turbine sound, etc. You’d like that too. Yes, and I know it was never built on realism from the start, but they’re currently trying to make it realistic. At least they’re adding realistic airports and details… so why aren’t the crucial elements that make the game feel completely realistic being implemented? Sometimes I read very strange suggestions from some players, and I’m like, “What? Why?” If someone is truly involved with airports and spends time at them regularly, they know what’s important and what a realistic airport experience means. And much of it is also feasible in the WoPa game! I know many people who also work in this industry, and even they have confirmed it to me.
And aside from that, the initial announcements for this 3.4.0 update promised significantly more new features. A large portion of those features are missing from this update.
Because I have the sound off. Most of the time I play when got either Big Jets TV on in background or Flght from Manchester airport. Or my Spotify playlist playing.
Then you should try playing without music and just listen to the sound of airplanes for a while; I guarantee you won’t be able to stand it for 30 minutes!!!
I too, am disappointed about the lack of Boeing 747-(possibly 100)/200/300/SP/BLCF. But more than anything, I was very hopeful that the devs would add aircraft from Cathay Dragon/Dragonair as I think they would make incredible event aircraft. After all, their fleet consisted of : A320s, A321s, A330-300s, and even 747-400BCFs which were just added! Maybe I just love their livery’s, but I really think that they would go great with Hong Kong. I will attach some pictures below of Cathay Dragon/Dragonair aircraft.
Both airlines have been suggested. Give them a like if you’d like to see them. Not everything can be added in one update but I hope we see them in the future.
And to be honest, I’m starting to lose a bit of motivation, hence my critical remarks. They might be a bit harshly worded, but there’s no point in always sugarcoating everything. Criticism has to be expressed; it’s the only way to improve or make changes. You have to be able to handle criticism in life!
I’ve also shared many ideas and suggestions on all your social media accounts, but there’s been no response there either, which is why I’m so negative about it. But oh well, what else can I say…
And hopefully you’ll really blow me away with the next updates in 2026
