Sometimes there is no need. You let the whole lot pushback and taxi. In the meantime you have 100% landing capacity.
When you exit the airport and pop back in, they have automagically departed for zero SP.
I think Teddy might not know about the second part though

By the time the planes got to ~the end of the cargo area, I had like ten planes waiting to pushback, so I was like, this would make a good photo for the forums and then landed a few planes after pushing everyone back to get this.
Another note about NGO is with only 17 pax D-F gates, I have most of them double scheduled, meaning I will often pushback planes there to get new ones landing and handled.
