Why should this airline be added?
Founded in 2010 as the successor to the short lived Nigerian Eagle which was the airline founded once Virgin pulled its majority share from Virgin Nigeria, this airline flew until June 2012 when it was grounded for safety checks. This then resulted in operations ceasing in September of that year after Air Nigeria sacked its entire staff for ‘being disloyal’. The airline was formally dissolved by the government in 2018 as it had plans to relaunch it as a nationalised airline. It would be a good airline to see, operating from Lagos, providing another option for players to use on flights to their airports from Nigeria. The E190 and 737’s I believe can get to BRI so they can be operated there, and be available for a future African airport.
