Bought a DHC6F at SAN, though airports are in reach for the range no destination is available

This doesn’t really count as a bug. The plane just doesn’t have the range.

Sorry, that’s not true as there are SEVERAL airports within the range. For instance IPL, distance 82nm, cargo demand 4000. Therefore I think it is definitely a “bug”. The solution would be to make at least one of these airports accessible or to make buying of the DHC6F unavailable…

I believe this is another example of the issue of A-class cargo frequently having a positive minimum profit but a negative maximum profit. See:

I do hope that this issue is solved so that these planes become much more usable, but if ANC is in the nearer future with a cargo rework, perhaps they are just waiting for that so as to use dev time more effectively.

thanks for the IPL example. could you add a screenshot of its contract details with the DHC6F selected, including the demand and profit values? that would help narrow down why it isn’t available. the other cargo report may be related, but we can’t tell yet if it’s the same issue
