Hi,
I am unable to play any sounds (sounds or music) in game unless I connect the phone to an external speaker or headphones. This has been the case since I got the game a while ago.
I’m using the newest game version on an iPhone X with iOS 14.8.

Check to make sure you don’t have sounds turned off in the control center (swipe down from the top right and the bell should not be red). That will turn off sounds except for external devices
