Are you using an emulator or google play games? Did you turn on sound in the in-game settings, or mute the computer? You need to provide more details.
I use google play games !
All other sounds are to hear !! But no Aircraft and radio sound !!
The sound setting on Laptop is full volume !
To my knowledge, TTS (Text-to-Speech) is used for ATC voice announcements, but PC Google Play Games does not support TTS.
I use Google Play games and the aircraft sounds work fine for me but yes, the radio sounds do not work and just produce static so worth turning them off. Have you restarted the game? Reinstalled it? Checked if the switch is on in the settings menu and if the sound is on on the side? Good idea would be to show some screenshots of these things in action, show a photo of the buttons switched on for aircraft sounds, show the volume working on the PC.
I also use google play on windows, and not only does it not have any sound, but it also wrecks my system sound for some reason, so that i have to restart my computer for my speakers to work again. It is very odd. It might not be a WoA problem though, but rather google or bluestacks.
