Not loading on iPad

This has been happening since a version after 2.0. I will load in and see this page:

Can you please find a way to fix this? I already updated to the latest update. Please, as I would still like to play the game.
Even if I tap to “restart,” it will constantly show up.
Please suggest a way to fix this, or update it.
