Why should this livery be added?
Since the 747-400 rework is on its way, it would be a real treat to have a few more iconic liveries to come with it. 16 of this aircraft type were operated by Northwest Airlines from 1989 to 2008 when they merged with Delta and became part of their fleet. It would be fantastic to get this airline and aircraft as a regular contract, operating from their hubs, like Minneapolis, for players to have at their airports, bringing a silver and red livery and adding extra diversity. Edit: Quick addition, this livery lasted until early 2011 in Delta service.Edit: with the upcoming 747 update, I’d really love to see this added, can have it at one of my airports with the BA 747. Might even have it at SCL to get the Qantas 747 with it. I love a good 747.
Edit NO.2: Added in 2 photos of the final 744 to be repainted as well as to just add that the 747 appears to have been the third last aircraft type in these colours, the 757 and finally the DC 9-41 being last 2. Would be a fab addition for HKG, NGO, SYD and LHR amongst others.
By far one of my favorite liveries of all time, and not just biased being from the PNW myself.
