If you see an “Occupied Stand” error or notice that aircraft are missing from your My Fleet list , don’t worry — this is usually a temporary synchronization issue .
Your aircraft and progress are not lost ![]()
Why does this happen?
This issue can occur when:
The connection between your device and the game server is briefly interrupted
The game is resumed from the background after a long time
A short network hiccup happens during loading or saving
In these cases, the game may temporarily display incorrect stand or fleet information.
How to Fix It (Most Cases)
Restart the Game
- Fully close World of Airports (remove it from the background / recent apps list)
- Restart your device (recommended)
- Launch the game again and wait for it to fully sync
In most cases, the correct stand and aircraft status will reappear automatically.
Still Not Fixed?
If the issue persists after restarting, we’re happy to investigate it directly.
Please contact support and include:
- Your player name or Player ID
- A short description of what you’re seeing*(e.g. occupied stand, missing aircraft, airport affected)*
We can then check and correct the data in the game database if needed.
Final Notes
- This issue is usually temporary
- No aircraft or progress is permanently lost
- Manual fixes are possible if required
Thank you for your patience and for flying with World of Airports ![]()
