🅿️ “Occupied Stand” Error or Missing Aircraft in My Fleet

If you see an “Occupied Stand” error or notice that aircraft are missing from your My Fleet list , don’t worry — this is usually a temporary synchronization issue .

Your aircraft and progress are not lost :sparkles:

:magnifying_glass_tilted_left: Why does this happen?

This issue can occur when:

  • :counterclockwise_arrows_button: The connection between your device and the game server is briefly interrupted
  • :mobile_phone: The game is resumed from the background after a long time
  • :globe_with_meridians: A short network hiccup happens during loading or saving

In these cases, the game may temporarily display incorrect stand or fleet information.

:compass: How to Fix It (Most Cases)

:counterclockwise_arrows_button: Restart the Game

  1. Fully close World of Airports (remove it from the background / recent apps list)
  2. Restart your device (recommended)
  3. Launch the game again and wait for it to fully sync

:white_check_mark: In most cases, the correct stand and aircraft status will reappear automatically.

:hammer_and_wrench: Still Not Fixed?

If the issue persists after restarting, we’re happy to investigate it directly.

Please contact support and include:

  • Your player name or Player ID
  • A short description of what you’re seeing*(e.g. occupied stand, missing aircraft, airport affected)*

We can then check and correct the data in the game database if needed.

:airplane: Final Notes

  • This issue is usually temporary
  • No aircraft or progress is permanently lost
  • Manual fixes are possible if required

Thank you for your patience and for flying with World of Airports
