Orient Thai missing from BKK

(visible at the left bottom)

Airport: BKK
(e.g. INN, PRG, BRI…)

Description of the Bug: From when BKK opened, Orient Thai operated from it as a joint base alongside DMK, however, in-game the airline is only available from DMK with the -300 not being available as a local at BKK which it should be.
What happened? What did you expect to happen instead?

Steps to Reproduce: Open BKK and it’s not available.
Can you trigger the bug again? Please list the steps.

Screenshots or Videos (if available): Didn’t feel this needed a screenshot but more so evidence of the BKK base being a thing,

I think we could probably set up a dedicated thread to collect the missing airline hubs to make full use of the community knowledge.

There are also cases like Qantas operating from my local base ADL to international destinations (AKL and probably SIN in the future) but there is no Qantas base at ADL in the game.
