Executive Summary:
Omega Sky Group [OSG] is an invite-only World of Airports community for friendly players who want to connect, exchange ideas and enjoy the game together.
There is no required playstyle and no pressure to participate in everything. Whether you enjoy realistic operations, building large networks, arranging contracts, sharing your progress or simply chatting with other players—you are welcome to take part in your own way.
The server is open to both OSG alliance members and selected Guests. You do not need to join the alliance to become part of the community.
The Omega Sky Group [OSG] is a Discord community centred around our World of Airports alliance.
The server is invite-only, but it is not exclusively reserved for OSG alliance members. Players who are not currently part of an alliance, as well as members of other alliances, are welcome to join the server as Guests.

Structure and their Advantages
An alliance server that is exclusively reserved for its own members can certainly have its advantages. However, having a healthy mixture of alliance members and selected Guests can make the community more active, diverse and interesting.
A lively server is also more attractive to potential Guests, which can ultimately make the alliance itself more appealing to players. Which is a win/win for both guests and members.
Besides the community-related benefits, this structure also creates several opportunities for arranging new contracts:

Freedom to Play Your Way: Everyone is free to decide how they want to operate and participate within the community as well as in game. (and that can change over time).

Eventhough some might like to play at 100% speed and max capacity, it has to be and stay a low pressure atmosphere for the community as a whole.
→ Only people that really want to max contract capacity and make as much resources as possible should have play that way.
For the rest: Don’t stress people if they are not online and cannot accept a request right away.

A bit of banter is healthy in a community, but people come from different environments and as a result have different ways of thinking, so we have to keep that in mind and respect that. Some things you might not find offensive, might be offensive for somebody else.

Childish behavior should be avoided at all cost!
- Preferably only invite people that you already interacted for a bit and at least and seem mature and cool/good people.
WOA Rules / Etiquette:
- Rule No.1 Real life always comes first.
- Rule No.2 Don’t cancel unfinished contracts: Contracts should always be fulfilled, unless the other party agrees to early termination.
- Rule No.3 Every player decides for themselves how they want to play the game. Let’s enjoy the game and the community.
- Rule No.4 If terms and conditions are set before a contract/giveaway, then it’s the responsibility of both parties to follow those terms and conditions. If terms & conditions are broken or not met, then that contract is void and can be terminated early without notice.
- Rule No.5 Sometimes due to many possible reasons players are unable (for a certain period of time) to handle their planes. That’s normal, but please let the other players know (in advance) when possible. [About your time-off]
