Allow buying new sizes and changing the allowed types while the stand is occupied.
How would it work in the game?
Remove the current block. If the idea is that the stand needs to be empty to be repainted, do it like plane maintenance and shut it down for 15 minutes after the current plane leaves.
Why is this a good idea?
It’s annoying to have to wait for a plane to leave especially if it has a long handling. Plus needing to turn off/on delivery manager.The current way doesn’t add realism since the airport manager can change the future schedule while planes are in the airport. And the stand can be immediately used after the change is ordered so it’s not construction time.
