Not Showing ultra low cost carriers that don’t fly to a country. For example Spirit or Frontier don’t fly to London.

International destinations for airlines like Spirit or Frontier would be routes like MSY-SJU or IAD-NAS

Brings more realism to routes

But if you don’t want them at the airport, don’t buy them. I’ve got a single Spirit flight from the US to my LHR because I thought it would be fun.

I feel like this post should be retitled “Less Unrealistic Routes”.

Though I agree with the above. Buy the routes you want. Let others get the routes they want. I rarely purchase any AI contracts and you don’t see me calling for them to be removed. Let’s focus on expanding the experience as opposed to contracting it.
