[Other] - Make LEJ playable by optimizing personnel and RWY

The optimization of LEJ by increasing personnel resources and (re)processing the RWY so that the next aircraft can be cleared for landing more quickly.

:hammer_and_wrench: How would it work in the game?
Leipzig is a wonderful airport and, so far, the only cargo airport in the game, which is why it is very popular with many players. Many have been playing it daily since its release and have over 800 contracts there.

Unfortunately, the main problem since day one has been that LEJ has very few staff for the number of gates, the fact that there are many e-gates, and the fact that cargo planes have a long processing time.

Many of the above-mentioned players have repeatedly purchased staff with GP over the last few years in order to be able to play at other airports as well. To quote one player:

If you had asked me before V3*, I would have said around 250, but after V3, I don’t use more than my 180 employees.

How can this problem be solved? Here are my two ideas:

  1. By implementing shared gates, you have to buy them and thus get more staff. If I haven’t miscounted (charts are below), that would be 24 additional (shared) gates and thus 20x more staff. Furthermore, the developers could grant an extra bonus or make another 10 available via extra levels with a Premium Pass.
  2. LEJ could be made faster again by allowing the next aircraft to land more quickly when the aircraft lands (see pictures).
    Currently, the point at which the next aircraft is cleared to land is very late after leaving the runway.

*With V3, certain adjustments were made at the airport and everything was slowed down.

:balance_scale: Why is this a good idea?
I love playing LEJ, but certain things are simply not optimized, which means everything takes too long, and every day I wonder whether I really have the desire and time to work on LEJ with my entire fleet. I have 140 contracts and refuse to take on any more because LEJ would then take up even more time than I actually want to invest in it. I know that many players have this problem, but with small adjustments, the gaming experience would be significantly better.

I also remember a comment from the dev chat where Kuba thought it wasn’t a bad idea at all.

Additionally I’d like to add to find a buffer or exception to let 757s stand at C gates like before the new UI.
I understand that the 757 is a D plane but it is still capable of parking on C stand according to its wing radius.
