There’s no fluctuating demand at all. If you’re referring to sending your own planes to destinations, the demand that shows up stays the same. Even if you send 100 A380s on the same route. There’s also no need to worry about filling your planes fully. It’s basically near full or full all of the time.

The devs are looking the change the demand mechanic in the game.
Nothing has been officially been sneak previewed however.
So for now it is all the fix demands that show up in the map.
