The next airport is known to be Zürich (ZRH). After that, nothing has been announced.
On a personal note, I’d like to say that making purchases doesn’t warrant a right to influence what airports come to the game. Many players have spent money in the game and each of them might have a very different airport they’d like to see in the game and the developers couldn’t possibly accomodate all their wishes simoultaneously.
If you want to see Manila in the game, pretty much all you can do is vote for it in the suggestions category:
