DM Airlines news: SAN hub operational and 70 reactivated aircraft

Just yesterday, DM Airlines opened its sixth currently active hub at SAN. The opening of SAN operations was justified by the demand for C class connections from players at other North American airports (especially IAD) with not many active players at minor US airports to handle them all. And what better way to show that demand exists than through real numbers - in the first 24 hours the airport has been open for connections, over 35 contracts have been started including 12 DM Airlines planes already based at the airport with further requests in the process. In total, DM Airlines is planning a fleet of over 80 aircraft at SAN, mostly narrowbody aircraft including many different variants of the Boeing 737s. At least 20 slots are still available now for new connections for anyone looking for reliable long-term contracts to SAN.

On the other side of the world, DM Airlines has reactivated almost all of its aircraft at the BKK hub. For about 4 months, ever since the announced closure of the hub, many planes assigned to BKK have been inactive (see post 960 in this thread) and even though the full closure hasn’t actually ever been finalized, these planes have not flown any flights in that time period. Until today, when 70 planes from 3 types (C919s, C909s and B752Fs) were all sent to @DJaviation’s HKG hub, where they will operate on regular scheduled flights. This is one of the largest single contract arrangements and now makes up over half (just about, 50.36%) of all DM Airlines Handling operations at BKK airport (inbound and outbound combined). The exact frequency of these new HKG flights is not yet clear.
