DM Airlines news: Milestones, ZRH maxed and OSG connections
In the last couple of weeks, DM Airlines crossed many important milestones at around the same time so here’s an overview of the most important ones 
Maybe the greatest of these milestones is the arrival of the 500th fleet plane of the airline, with that being an A346 registered HB-DZO, the 4th one of its type at ZRH and 40th A340 in the fleet. This plane had its inaugural route to British Northwestern’s HKG where it continues operating today. Most of the fleet growth is now happening at ZRH as well as the reopened IAD with other hubs only growing marginally or not at all. PRG still remains the undisputed largest hub though with 184 planes and over 35% of the fleet.

Another substantial milestone involved the acquisition of the 600th contract slot at PRG airport. After grappling with insufficient slots, DM Airlines Handling has finally recovered and is servicing over 600 contracts at the airport. The 600th slot was filled right after purchase and the actual number of handled contracts has fluctuated at around 590-610 since then thanks to more contract slot purchases. The all-time highest number of contracts at DM Airlines’ PRG was 615, but now it’s only around 607 with over 10 free slots for new inbound or outbound flights. Despite this high number of contracts, DM Airlines Handling retains its commitment to timely handlings of all player connections and is always ready to accept more requests.

The next milestone actually happened outside of the game but here on the forum itself - the “DM Airlines PRG open for connections (sending and receiving)” thread is now officially the largest connection thread on the forum. With over 187 replies and contract requests, this thread is the largest source of DM Airlines connections. This is happening after almost a year of this thread being operational and continuously active so all I’ve gotta say is thank you for your trust in DM Airlines and I’d be happy to estabilish even more connections and cooperation in the future, let’s keep this active.
Not all of DM Airlines’ new contracts have come from forum threads though. For about a month now, DM Airlines is an [OSG] Omega Sky Group member and contract dispatcher. Tens of connections are now in progress with other OSG members and affiliated contract partners. Recently the OSG livery has also been applied to some of DM Airlines aircraft, including C919s and A340s. Other connections are also active with members of the All World Alliance as part of the cross-alliance connections.

The last major announcement is that of reaching max level at ZRH. It took about 2 months but here we are. During these two months, over 180 contracts have been started to DM Airlines’ ZRH, including 48 with DM Airlines’ own fleet planes. Max level does not mean the end of this, in fact capacity for both inbound and outbound flights is expected to increase by a lot in the coming months. The contract that pushed the XP over the line to max level was a DM Airlines B463 going to @DakotaAirlines as part of the aforementioned cross-alliance connections. All contracts and operations will be continued with similar frequencies to before and more outbound connections are being offered on the ZRH connections thread.
