Oops :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

With the recent movement of planes to BKK, many more people have began speculating, could BKK become another maintanence port for the WOA group, or a hub. Many speculate that it could be the opening of a new hub, as many of the planes parked have been noted to be either new, or recently maintained, meaning they can’t be in need of repairs. The only exception to this notion is the channex A333, which was set to go to scrap but has been noted to be saved by horsepower air. Eco aviation has also been sighted, with a massive amount of 15 a330-200s found to be parked behind the other WOA group aircrafts.

One speculator has gone far from the rest and said that it’s possible that all the aircraft sitting on the ramp are planned to go to horsepower air, as some people form BKK management said that the apron was being leased by them, but this was debunked almost immeadietly by the fact of a brand new a350-1000 for Tr3y air flying in from Toulouse a few hours before, adding 1 more to the existing 3 on the apron.

Thai airways has announced a massive cut of flights out of Bangkok starting late December to early January, this also coming alongside a similar announcement from Nok Air. However, startup airline Really Cool Airlines (has not said any of this hut I’m hoping the devs add it lol) says that their flights will hopefully be starting around then, and that they will keep density up along the WOA group, which many are saying is a “death wish”

Yesterday a shocking discovery was made by various spotters watching flight radars.

A horsepower super transport AN-22 Antei was seen flying over North Korea, bound for pyongyang, reason unknown, with the CEO of horsepower unable to say anything due to his active participation in a rally race. However, this morning he was able to make a statement between stages and said “we made a contract with the North Korean government to airlift some construction supplies in for a project, that is the most I’m allowed to say for the matter” before he walked away from our reporter.

Mayn people wonder, why did they contract a western airline for something like that? Many questions, no answers.

The AN-22 landed at horsepower’s Nagoya hub later today and it was seen the aircraft had a missle jammer equipped, but that was the only difference, and the aircraft is set to return to horsepower’s maintanence hub in the states tonight, presumably to have the jammer removed.

Today horsepower airlines showed something on their social media, but what could it be? Well, we don’t know, it had a confusing caption

photo courtesy of horsepower airlines Instagram
The caption simply said “when the sun sets, a whole new experiences rises” and many speculate that horsepower will be launching a new subsidy soon involving night flights, though it was not confirmed, with the only thing hinting towards it is that the horsepower airlines account only replied to people mentioning the idea with “”

Another update:

The CEO posted a new bit of info, the fleet plan, which goes as follows:

Boeing 777-200LR
A350-900ULR
A350-1000ULR

He also posted what the expected seating will look like, which is all sleeping configuration seats, making many wonder, is this a ultra long haul branch that could change the scene of ultra long haul, or is it a sleeper airline, because in the bottom of the fleet list, this was present:

“possibility of adding 5 767-400s of public reception goes well, and options for the following:
3 Lockheed L1011 Tristars
4 787-10s
And 10 A340-500s
On top of more 77Ls, A59Us, A5KUs”

This is a very interesting fleet choice, what could be the plan, we also don’t even have a name for the airline, which is even more confusing for the plans

We at WOA news have some speculations, but no solid evidence, we’ll see how this unravels

Correction update:

We got this info incorrect, we were given it by a member of horsepower staff but it was found that this new subsidiary has no plans for any aircraft other than the 3 said by the CEO, we apologize for any inconvenience.

We have connections… Remember that horsepower has 5 225s and nobody knows why

So 3 AN-225s magically appeared from nowhere? On the assumption you rebuilt the existing one and finished the half complete one…

I’m sure you could buy some cheap half scrapped DC-10s and use them as an off-brand L1011, plenty of them around!

Mayhaps

pulling from aeronautica lore and adjusting the location: there’s a secret manufacturer somewhere in the Caribbean. The idea of having 5 225s originally came from one of my pilots in the aeronautica airline and I ran with it here too

As for this, in the late 80s & early 90s we bought some Tristars second hand and just never got rid of them, mainline still has a handful, I think 15? We have dc-10s but only 2 or 3 due to safety records and all, they were planned to be phased out in early 2009 but never were due to rising demand

I thought this up in the last 10 minutes, never put as much thought into it as the 225s

New updates

Today horsepower had 2 teasers, one for the new airline and another for a new set of liveries and a possible partnership

The new airline has had one more thing confirmed, seating. It was recently released on the horsepower website under a “COMING SOON” tab, and the seating on the only available plane, the 777-200LR, was a all buisness sleeper suite config, confirming many people’s idea of the new subsidiary being a sleeper airline, something almost unheard of in the airline industry.

(I want to start by saying none of this is real, nor is any partnership, in case that wasn’t obvious enough)
Next, the new partnership and livery set. On the horsepower airlines Instagram it was recently hinted at a new livery, showing what is assumed to be a A380, including a almost blacked out look. Many initially thought it was a hint at the new subsidiary’s livery, but many pointed out that it was not a aircraft in the fleet. Many others think it could be a partnership with the recently popularized YouTube Indie Show, Murder Drones, which also recently ended. However, The writer, Liam Vickers, Confirmed that it was not that, as some who were close to him asked. In the description, one thing was said: “Best not be on this plane at midnight, as the next 7 hours will be a whole new dimension of travel”. This quote hinted many as to what it could be, and with only one person getting it right according to the airline, but it has not been shared what it is with the public. What could it be?
