i have a fleet of currently 2 E170s and i see that the person i have partnered up with has kept a really good line with them, im just confused on the ratio and what pros i can get from them or if its just the pros of giving someone else more XP…

You not just giving someone else xp, your also getting that xp and sp.
If it is your plane you also get more wollars then it would be if it were another players plane.

how do i tell if i gain Xp?
The same way as a normal contract, when you finish the 10 handlings you just have to do the same thing as when you finish a normal contract, with the option to extend the contract, the other player will need to accept it again though.

I’ve sent a few planes to others but can’t see my silver planes increasing?
Do I only make silver planes and XP when other players send their planes to me?
You get the silver planes at the end of the contract (10 handlings) along with the Xp. You can see how far along you are in the contract by the number of green planes on the contract card
