My original Google account was banned, which prevented me from logging into Google Play. I registered a new Google account but lost all my game progress. How can I recover my game save data?

Why were you banned though?
They said my account was used in a way that violated Google policies, but actually I didn’t do anything.
Appeal the ban
I have appealed twice but they rejected my appeal and I cannot appeal again.
