Ambulift It is not displayed; it does not actually appear.
It happened to me, in SXM too, I was like “Huh, Ambulift service with a jetway gate, but not showing?”

Medical events are random and not selectable in a fixed state.
I had one in wheelchair that came off that and went up the aircraft stairs in wheelchair

If you have jetbridge you should not have the ambulift?

There is Jet bridge the person board as usual trough the JetBridge, in JetBridge with windows you can see the person rolling trough.

BTW IRL in the airport I work at, if there is a significant amount of PRMs on a landing we’ll call in an Ambulift even on a jet bridge because it can take much more PAX most of the way much more easily.
(I do realize it might be too much game mechanic wise)

I have handled over 100 of my own and other players’ aircraft and none of them have had the new services, ambulift and maintenance
You need to renew the contracts it would seem, I’ve only seen it on contracts I’ve upgraded/obtained after the update

Yeah that is the case, basically to give you a buffer zone in previous airports while you have no money left. So you can buy a lot of them to prevent issues.
I had that last night 
. Ambulift arrived, dropped to the floor, and the dude walked the chair out backwards and dragged the lady up the stairs. Recorded it too lol. I had someone use one on the Condor flight I was on the other week, they came to the opposite side of the plane. It might be because the plane in-game it was on was an E175 so no second door but I don’t know.

I think the abulift only shows on stands without a jetbridge, but the number of avaliable ones goes down still.
