I am using IOS app on my iPhone.
I have a premium pass. I am not receiving some of the premium free gifts when I level up. These are always the planes and it is hit and miss if I get the premium gift.
Can the devs look into this and see if it’s a bug.
Which airport in particular, would help also to have screenshots if possible

The airport is IAD. Currently at level 64 and so far 4 premium reward airplanes have not been received.

Those aren’t actual aircraft rewards, they are livery rewards for aircraft meaning that they will now be available in the hangar for you to use for free for those aircraft. That’s why they say “Premium 1” for example.
